The US influenza and COVID-19 vaccine market is a growing, high-value, dynamic market, estimated to reach significant potential with stand-along and combination vaccines. The market is currently undifferentiated and ripe for disruption. Our Combination Vaccine has the potential to transform what is possible in the Flu and COVID-19 vaccine space.
Pfizer is looking to harness the power of mRNA to potentially provide a combination vaccine for Influenza and COVID-19 to help address the significant burden of both Influenza and COVID-19 diseases. This role represents a major opportunity to contribute to the launch planning for one of our most visible pipeline products, partnering with a team of US stakeholders (medical, market access, public affairs, communications, agency of record, and others).
Reporting to the US Influenza and Combo Lead, the Influenza and Combo Senior Marketing Manager will operate in an exciting, fast-paced, and dynamic environment supporting the strategic and tactical initiatives across all personal and non-personal channels. This role will also be responsible for leading the brand medical education initiatives and KOL engagement opportunities for the adult influenza and COVID-19 combination vaccine business. This role will support key cross-functional work streams across HCP marketing, RC, and medical education, including those supporting our customer facing colleagues and key opinion leader engagement.
The role will also hold responsibility for working with marketers to drive consistency of brand messaging across channels to internal stakeholders and to customers and leading market archetype assessments to drive executional action plans supporting high value opportunities.
The candidate should demonstrate the ability to use real-time customer behavior and insights to sharpen our marketing tactics and promotional messaging to deliver content that is relevant and timely in response to what is happening in the marketplace.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $117,300.00 to $195,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
