Role Description
We are hiring a full-time therapist for our on-site clinic in Jacksonville, FL. The therapist will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions for patients with co-occurring disorders, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, bi-polar disorder and other medical conditions. Responsibilities also include reviewing treatment plans and progress, and participating in team and case consultations as required.
Qualifications
Master's degree in mental health counseling, social work, psychology or related field
Current and valid state mental health counseling license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW or licensed psychologist) in Florida
Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a clinical mental health setting
Specialized experience in addiction, dual diagnosis, and co-occurring disorders
Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and/or trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy (TF-CBT)
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
