$62,000-72,000/year!

The Wound Care Nurse, under the supervision of the Director of Nursing works with the nursing staff assessing, treating, and creating care plans for patients with complex wound conditions. • Assist nursing, rehabilitation, and medical staff to maintain knowledge and competence in wound care.


• Collect, analyze and document information and statistics related to wounds in the facility, as well as perform clinical evaluations.

Successful candidates will have the following:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in South Carolina
  


• Experience as a Wound Nurse (LPN to be wound certified or extensive experience as Wound Nurse)


• Wound Care Certification preferred


• Current CPR certification


• Experience with PCC preferred


• Must maintain all required continuing education/ licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
