Minimum of 10 years of experience in the water/wastewater industry
Relevant Professional Engineer (PE) license
Strong technical background in water treatment, wastewater treatment, pump stations, pipelines, conveyance, gravity sewer design, and water distribution systems
Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools
Project engineering and management experience

Responsibilities:
Serve as a technical expert in water/wastewater planning, design, and construction projects
Mentor junior staff in design plan preparation for major mechanical engineering projects
Prepare detailed sketches or layouts for municipal water or wastewater projects
Supervise design, inspection, and construction of water and wastewater projects
Provide detailed reports on contracts and recommendations
Lead project planning and development activities
Present design elements to clients through meetings and presentations
