Job Description:

Export Control Training Project Manager

As an Export Control Training Project Manager, you will be responsible for executing the export control training strategy and supporting the delivery of training the teams as they deliver across Schneider. You will collaborate with various EC COE departments to ensure that training initiatives and projects align with organizational goals. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the training curriculum.

  • Responsible for executing the Training Strategy by providing project coordination and consultative services; liaise with functional teams, key stakeholders, and subject matter experts at a global level to develop course specifications and gather course content.

  • Project manage, develop, and deliver course content, train-the-trainer content, and job aids for different functions/communities for Export Control and a variety of levels and roles in instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and recorded formats.

  • Deliver projects, content, and training that enables productivity and adoption.

  • Focus on development and implementation of change enablement package offering and adoption.

  • Assist with training needs analyses to ensure that all training materials are highly targeted to the needs of the audience.

  • Responsible for keeping course content up to date.

  • Contribute to and assist in the delivery of effective and sustainable training courses and curriculum.

  • Developing the supporting communications and change management for the training program.

  • Development of automation wherever possible.

Export Control Training Project Manager

Preferences and Experience:


  • Masters degree in project management, communications, or relevant field

  • High level of flexibility, creativity and dependability required.

  • Superior business writing and technical writing skills in English required.

  • Experience in agile development and quick turnaround of training deliverables required.

  • Experience incorporating measurement and assessments into all learning programs a plus.

  • Experience using effective project management techniques to organize training projects and to ensure quality required.

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, as well as learning technologies, design tools, and web conferencing applications required.

  • Proficiency in instructional design and training methodologies by efficiently using LMS tools, such as POWTOON, and automation.

  • A focus on succeeding as part of a global team required.
