Modio has streamlined the convoluted and messy process that is healthcare credentialing and saved countless years of manual and error-prone work in the process. As part of CHG Healthcare we are working to drastically improve the speed (and quality) of credentialing to ensure that our doctors can spend more time treating (millions) of patients each year and less time dealing with credentialing headaches.

Modio Health is looking for a Technical Data Analyst to join our Data Services team. The Data Services team supports our client s ' credentialing data needs throughout their lifecycle ( from the initial onboarding process to long-term upkeep of provider dat a ) v ia the transfer of exports from other software systems, credentialing databases, and customized data storage solutions into the Modio platform. This t eam operates in concert with the Project Management Office (PMO) , Client Success (CS) , and Engineering (ENG) teams to deliver outstanding service to our new and existing client base.

As a Technical Data Analyst on the Data Services team, you will be responsible for the analysis, transformation, and quality review of clients' credentialing data. Under the supervision of the Technical Data Manager leading the team, you will regularly collaborate with the other analysts on this team to assess, standardize, and import this data. In addition, you will work with members of the PMO, CS, and ENG teams to complete and communicate each step of the data management process. While this role does not require a background in the healthcare industry, you will become familiar with the workflows and standards required by the credentialing process and learn to apply them in an expert manner to ensure data integrity.

This role can be performed on-site or remotely. You will be in contact with team members both across the country and abroad.

Responsibilities


  • Complete data integrity assessment and standardization for prioritized client implementation projects, using our internal specifications for cleanliness and usability.

  • Work with data engineers to interpret database exports and submit imports for upload via scripting.

  • Regularly confer with project and data services managers to receive new assignments, clarify best practices, and communicate import timelines.

  • Triage and balance multiple projects with the help of your colleagues and data services managers to ensure timely implementations .

  • Maintain impeccable standards for data integrity through careful work, QA checks, and adherence to each client's unique needs and requests.

  • Attend weekly team touch-bases and occasional client implementation syncs.

Qualifications


  • Microsoft Office proficiency (strong Excel skills)

  • Data cleaning (transformation) expertise

  • Critical thinking

  • Project management qualities

  • Cross-team collaboration

  • Bonus if you have experience with: Tableau, Metabase , SQL, R/Python, etc.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 2-4 years working in data analysis and/or software implementations

  • Provider-centric healthcare experience (credentialing, billing/insurance, etc ) preferred

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $57,900 -- $140,300 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
