6 month Contract to Hire
On-site in Bristol, CT
The Role
This temporary Coordinator works within the HR team. This position will perform initial reviews of workers and disposition them appropriately in designated systems. Services also include updating, adding or deleting information into systems. Must continually strive to meet and exceed service delivery goals. Incumbent will operate within company policy and follow specific, detailed instructions and guidelines. Solves problems of limited scope and complexity.
Responsibilities include
- Process contingent work orders using HRIS systems and assist in making appropriate designation.
- Work closely with the team and workers to process requests.
- Ensure the data integrity & trouble free processing / reporting of HR data.
- Update, add or delete workers into systems.
- First level of contact for the business for any basic inquiries.
- Making telephone calls and sending e-mails to obtain desired information.
- Exercise initiative, resourcefulness, and sound judgment with an ability to know when to elevate problems/issues to management.
- Work independently under minimal supervision.
- Develop knowledge and skills through formal training or work experience.
- Completes work with a limited degree of supervision
