Job Description Summary:

PayPal is seeking a Revenue Manager to join the Corporate FP&A team. The Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team at PayPal is responsible for company-wide financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. The team develops presentations for PayPal's senior leadership team, Board of Directors, and investor relations team to drive major business decisions and external reporting.


The Revenue Manager will drive daily, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting and analysis by partnering with FP&A teams across the company to understand business drivers and trends. This individual will also participate in the long-term strategic planning process, initiative monitoring, and longer-term enhancements and projects within the Corporate FP&A team.


The position reports to the Director, Strategic Planning, Corp FP&A. This is a high-impact opportunity to be part of a dynamic team involved in driving PayPal's business forward. The ideal individual is curious, self-motivated, and passionate about using their financial and business experience to provide insights to the business, with a willingness to be flexible on hours during crunch times.



Job Description:




Responsibilities:

• Analyze daily, monthly, and quarterly revenue performance, and provide insights to executive management on trends and variances to forecast


• Support collaboration with the various businesses' FP&A teams to understand key strategic areas of development and translate them into solid financial plan

• Participate in development and maintenance of revenue portion of Corporate FP&A's long-term financial models, and run scenarios and ad hoc analyses as needed

• Create presentations for the senior leadership team to support the decision-making process


• Support Earnings and investors day workstreams and other Corporate FP&A recurring processes (such as Ops reviews, EPS updates, Board of Directors' meetings)

What you need to bring:

• 3-6+ years in FP&A, Corporate development, Strategic finance, Investment banking, or Equity research


• Execution capabilities, high energy, strong work ethic


• Team player attitude, partnering, and collaboration skills


• World-class analytics and modeling capabilities


• A passion for problem-solving, comfort with ambiguity, and creativity


• Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint


• Experience with Essbase and/or SQL would be a plus
