Job Title: Associate Bursar for Compliance

The University Bursar, in the Office of Treasury Management at The City University of New York (CUNY), is seeking an Associate Bursar for Compliance who will be responsible for university-wide fiscal, operational, and compliance activities related to billing and collecting funds owed by students and third-party organizations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: developing, maintaining, and enforcing billing and tuition and fee collection policies; providing leadership and guidance on policy matters and best practices related to tuition and fees, as well as PCI-DSS to various stakeholders across the University; developing, maintaining, and enforcing the University's PCI-DSS policy and procedures across the University; serving as the primary contact with external vendors and service providers; liaising with said parties to ensure PCI-DSS compliance across all CUNY campuses; collaborating with other departments and offices to enhance the quality and efficiency of billing and collecting funds owed by students and third-party organizations; generating reports and documentation for compliance purposes; conducting reviews of existing processes to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement. To qualify, applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree and six years' related experience. Additional qualifications are defined in the posting details.
