Federation of Organizations is looking for a Fee for Service Therapist to join our team. This individual will provide clinical evidence-based therapy in individual, family, and group modalities to a caseload of children and adults with mental health diagnoses. Our Therapist will work as a member of an interdisciplinary team, as well as alongside health care providers and outside resources. Masters in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
A valid and clean NY State driver license
Fingerprinting, criminal record check
Approval from NYS Office of Mental Health
Strong understanding of clinic documentation
Effecting interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of community resources
Core & Essential Responsibility
Maintain a caseload of clients to provide individual and/or family therapy to on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly bases
Completion of all documentation for assigned caseload.
Complete all required documentation within a 48 hour period and comply with program and OMH regulations
Responsible for proficiency in all agency based IT applications
SALARY: fee for service $30 per hour
