Role Description
We have a full-time on-site position available for an M&A Advisor Associate. The M&A Advisor Associate will play a pivotal role in building relationships, consulting with agency owners, crafting reports, and overseeing M&A engagements. This includes facilitating discussions and negotiations with buyers, managing due diligence processes, and collaborating with various stakeholders to successfully execute transactions.
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Background in consultative sales or a related field
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field
Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred
Familiarity with mergers & acquisitions is a plus
Additional preferred qualifications include a solid understanding of insurance agency operations, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
