Select Service Hotel GM Responsibilities
Leads hotel managers, department heads, and line-level team members
Financial accountability, budgeting, and forecasting
Upholds brand standards and company culture
Collaborates with Sales & Marketing Team regularly
Provides true leadership to all team members and sets the example with their own actions
Select Service Hotel GM Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3+ Years in a Hotel GM or AGM Role Required
5+ Years of Hilton brand experience preferred
Guest-focused with a Hospitality mindset
Hands-on and able to put the guest first
Strong computer skills, tech savvy, and superior financial acumen
Able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays if necessary
