About The Role As a Director of Customer Success, Automotive, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing key accounts and supervising our Customer Success Specialist and their respective client portfolios to ensure retention and growth. A successful Director of Customer Success will be someone who can think "outside of the box" and work under pressure to exceed client expectations and develop client solutions.
This role will require a qualified individual to work onsite three (3) days per week out of our New York City office.
Responsibilities
Build and cultivate relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive revenue growth and ensure retention and expansion with clientele
Supervise members of the Customer Success team
Successfully manage book of business with minimal involvement from senior management
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and pitching new business ideas
Enhance the SaaS customer experience across onboarding, support and account management stages
Lead projects and campaigns involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring prompt and efficient turnaround of deliverables
Assist Sales team by providing support for proposals and new business initiatives
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and pitching new business ideas
Monitor and improve customer success KPIs to ensure scalability of processes and frameworks
Contribute to and lead strategic discussions with both clients and Constellation leadership
Job Requirements
5+ years of leadership experience in a client-facing roles role within the Automotive sector, preferably in SaaS or digital marketing
Demonstrated proficiency in understanding digital campaigns, metrics, and analytics
Must be operational-minded to identify efficiencies, improve processes, implement strategies, and conduct training sessions to facilitate the ongoing growth of the Customer Success team
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and tasks with a strong focus on client satisfaction
Skilled in developing and executing client contracts and proposals
Excellent communications skills (both internal and external) required
Proven track record of engaging with senior leadership
Demonstrated proactive problem-solving abilities and emotional maturity
Available and willing to travel for in-person client meetings as needed
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
Nice To Haves
Tier 3 auto experience
Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Search Engine Marketing and Social Recommendations/Optimizations and SaaS technologies
