Immediate opening for a full-charge bookkeeping and office manager for 18-person consulting firm. Position includes time and materials tracking, A/R and A/P, financial reconciliations, contracts management, and HR management. Successful candidate will work closely with outside CPA and payroll company. Sage50 PeachTree and/or Sage Timeslips accounting software a plus.
