The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for the company's overall quality system in compliance with ISO standards and customer expectation by ensuring that the quality system, processes, and product meet the highest quality standards at the Parkline facility. Oversee the development and implementation of quality control procedures and work closely with all departments to identify and resolve any problems. Conducts quality audits and develops and maintains quality metrics for entire organization, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Job Functions
Develop and maintain Supplier quality program (onboarding, evaluation, auditing, and corrective/preventive actions)
Develop and maintain process control and change management system
Perform root cause corrective/preventive actions for both internal and customer facing
Lead all customer quality interface with interactions and audits.
Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in product quality
Maintain and grow WV ISO certification
Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Prepare monthly quality reports for WV facility and communicate quality performance to Managers and Senior Management Team
Willing to travel to other Parkline/Trachte facilities, vendor and customer locations
Manage the Quality Control Team to drive developing a strategy for continuous improvement plans.
Competencies
5 plus years of experience in a quality management role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and R.C.C.A/P.A. methods
Knowledge of statistical process control and other quality control methods
Attention to detail and commitment to excel
Ability to manager multiple projects and priorities
