COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Salary depending on experience. $16,000 bonus, paid quarterly. Company vehicle and gas card provided. Great benefit package as well through BCBS of Alabama.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
Must have up to 3 yrs. Multi-Store Retail Meat Management experience including managing all meat dept training for new and existing stores, demonstrated ability to manage and hold accountable store teams on day-to-day operations, food safety and regulatory compliance as well as gross profit maximization including gross profit, labor and shrinkage.
Experience in Perishable Supermarket Operations a big plus as stores do a ton of Meat/Seafood/Deli business.
