Office Operations
friendly and approachable services to visitors, employees, agents and customers
phone calls and respond to customer questions, complaints, and service-related matters
off-site meetings and venues
the Sales Manager with completing compliance audit requests
office functions: Create and distribute multiple reports, billing, data entry & organization, and order office supplies
Social Media & Recruitment
social media to consistently promote local office and influence recruitment efforts
up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices
and manage candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Avature, etc.)
candidates to schedule them for interviews
weekly follow-up to check on agent exam/licensing progress
recruiting reports on an ongoing basis
