CLIENT: Precision Machinery Manufacturer in Mt. Prospect, IL, $35M in Revenue
ROLE: Controller
SALARY: $120k to $130k plus 10% bonus.
LOCATION: Mt Prospect, corner of Algonquin and Elmhurst Rds just off Elmhurst exit on I-90, On-site with some flex.
DESCRIPTION:
- Manage AP/AR Team and Accounting Manager (3 people)
- Handle Closing and Taxes
- Month End Close
- Budgeting
- Financial Statement Prep
- Elliott ERP System (Run financials)
- MS Excel (Reporting Package)
SOFTWARE: Will utilize Elliott ERP which is based on Macola, advanced Excel.
MUST HAVES:
- Understand cost accounting, bill of materials
- Inventory analysis
- Advanced Excel- they do all their reporting using Excel
- Strong communication skills across all levels of an organization
- Degree in accounting or related field
- Stable background
