Job Summary:

Marketing Content Associate will be instrumental in creating captivating content and compelling designs across TSI's marketing channels to effectively communicate our brand message, enhance brand presence, and drive engagement. This role will encompass content creation, design, and copywriting. Working closely with the marketing team, the Marketing Content Associate will develop and execute content strategies that align with TSI's marketing objectives and resonate with our target audience.

Duties/Essential Job Functions:
  • Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality content for diverse marketing channels including website, social media platforms, email campaigns, brochures, one-pagers and more.
  • and Copywriting: Combine your design expertise and copywriting skills to produce visually appealing content that effectively communicates brand messages and resonates with our audience.
  • Media Content Creation: Create visually stunning and engaging content specifically tailored for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand identity and messaging.
  • Management: Manage content updates and modifications for corporate website, utilizing WordPress CMS.
  • Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that support marketing objectives, leveraging your expertise in design, copywriting, and digital content creation.
  • Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search visibility and rankings, enhancing discoverability and engagement.
  • Messaging: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and maintain brand voice and tone guidelines across all content pieces and designs.
  • Research: Conduct research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights, informing content creation and strategy development.
  • Distribution: Coordinate with the marketing team to distribute content across relevant channels, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including design, product, and sales to align content with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Experience/Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in content creation, design, and copywriting for marketing purposes.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent software.
  • Experience in crafting compelling copy that drives engagement and action across various marketing channels.
  • Demonstrated expertise in social media content creation and management, with an understanding of platform-specific best practices.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with SEO tools for content optimization.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), marketing automation platforms, and social media management tools. WordPress and HubSpot Marketing are a plus!
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
