The Store Manager role is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and the evaluation of all aspects of the day to day business. This includes leading all aspects of sales, customer service, fleet maintenance, and logistics, including financial and performance goals. The role is also responsible for the stores operational and financial reporting functions.
As a Store Manager, this role communicates back and forth with all employees and leadership to assist with problem resolution while maintaining a high level of customer service and overall success of the store. The Store Manager will handle all incoming and outgoing orders, and directs support staff for maximum efficiency. The Store Manager communicates with customers that includes customer service, sales, and operational staff (i.e. Outside Sales Reps, Mechanics, other SealMaster employees etc.). Uses software to enter ticket information and track activity.
This position is very rewarding and is very demanding. You will work hard and get dirty but it is very rewarding and challenging.
This individual directly coordinates activities for all employees at this location.
Qualifications
Business Management degree with at least 2 years of Rental Industry and Mechanical experience or 5 years of rental experience and 5 years mechanical experience.
Excellent Proficiency with basic PC hardware and software, including MS Word and MS Excel.
Wynne Proficiency (RentalMan)
Organizational skills.
Skill in recording and retrieving general information.
Skill in communicating effectively with others both orally and in writing.
Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
Ability to lift at least 70 pounds.
Ability to work in all weather.
Valid Indiana driver's license.
Must be punctual and reliable.
Work Experience Requirements
2+ years of previous fleet management experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Manage team.
Provide a high level of customer service.
Manage all aspects of building maintenance.
Repairing and servicing of all rental equipment.
Maintaining stock inventory to acceptable levels as discussed with leadership.
Managing all road service calls for equipment repairs to include customer owned and company owned rental equipment.
Perform other job duties as assigned.
Have the ability to work with no direct supervision.
Safety

Attend daily and weekly safety meetings and inspections.
Work with Safety Department to investigate damage, incidents or near misses in the worksite, and ensure proper procedures are carried out according to the Company's Safety Program.
