Job Description:

Alcor is searching for a techno-functional strategic consultant who will be responsible for the ownership, growth, and overall success of client implementations of ServiceNow IT Business Management and IT Service Management. At Alcor, our Sr. Consultants have deep, proven industry and client-side experience owning and managing global enterprise ServiceNow tenants.

For this role, Alcor is seeking out an ITBM and ITSM expert with a very strong background implementing and owning specifically these ServiceNow functions at a minimum. We are seeking an individual who has owned these functional areas in a heavily regulated/qualified government, pharmaceutical, financial, or other applicable environment with a demonstrated history of meeting/exceeding multiple complex dimensions of application validation against the standards enforced by governing bodies. Candidates with experience adhering to the obligations of International Privacy, Information Security, U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and other governing bodies and standards will be given precedence.

Our Sr. Consultants leverage their client-side experience to accomplish the following key objectives for the clients to which they are assigned:

  1. Deliver impeccable quality of people, process, and tooling consultation to ensure our clients are properly guided and supported in the areas of their business for which we're contracted to engage.
  2. Demonstrate maximum breadth of understanding and flexibility across all IT subject areas to relentlessly and tactfully seek out opportunities to grow and elongate the client engagements.
  3. Maintain absolute vigilance across projects to ensure that staffing issues, pipeline and demand fluctuations, client-side concerns, risks for competitive loss, and any other potential risk resulting in decreased revenue are predicted and prevented outright.
  4. Own and nurture the relationships with client resources to ensure trust and comradery remain central.
  5. Report internally on the status of program and project executions and pull in appropriate Alcor stakeholders where needed to maintain adequate resourcing and provide consultation as required for potential areas of program growth.


Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated highly successful client-side experience owning ServiceNow ITBM and ITSM
  • Experience delivering and the ServiceNow platform in a highly regulated and qualified environment
  • Experience managing the growth, development, and resourcing of employees and/or contractors
  • ITIL and/or ServiceNow Certifications and Credentials; At a minimum, the candidate should possess the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification, as well as ITSM and ITBM Certified Implementation Specialist Certifications
  • Clear knowledge of various security and privacy standards (ex: NIST, ISO27001, CCPA, HIPPA, etc) with demonstrable experience maintaining compliance with these standards
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Informatics, Computer Science, Information Security, or any other industry-similar degree
