Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Paralender at NobleBank & Trust in Birmingham, AL. The Paralender is responsible for supporting lending managers in clerical tasks, tracking loan information, document filing, and managing communication with clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in banking and loan support or related field preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in loan origination software and Microsoft Office, with above average typing and data entry speed
Ability to work under deadlines and handle confidential information discreetly
Must be a team player with a great attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent customer service (both internally and externally) is critical for this role
