Leavitt Group's affiliate, Griffin Owens Insurance, is looking for a motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager preferably with 1-3 years working with commercial accounts. If you're confident in your customer service skills and the ability to communicate easily with a variety of clients, carriers, company personnel, and others, this opportunity could be a great fit for you.
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, in general, you will provide support to clients and the Account Executive.
High School Diploma/GED
Required - Bilingual Spanish /English
Current Property & Casualty Insurance License
1-3 years of insurance agency experience
Understanding of insurance terms and coverages
Team player and problem solver
Computer software in using Microsoft Office and carrier rating software
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
Highly effective communication and negotiation skills
Takes initiative and displays a sense of urgency
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to make recommendations specific to client needs
