Position Summary: Manage bakery outlet operation including supervising bakery outlet clerks, maintenance of store records, implementing in-store promotions and other activities to maximize store sales and minimize unsalvageable products.
Key Job Responsibilities
Maintaining all phases of outlet store operations within framework of bakery outlet policy and procedure manuals. In addition, support all Company safety programs and ensure a safe work environment.
Assist in recruitment, development, training, and annual reviews of part-time clerks. Ensure continued compliance to policy and procedures through back-up management. Develop weekly schedules to ensure per man-hour sales and overtime control.
Build strong customer relations, create new ideas to promote sales and execute business-building programs. Enhance route recovery through continual evaluation of rotation, merchandising, and pricing standards.
Position Requirements Education and Work History:
2 to 3 years prior retail experience preferably in outlet or grocery operation
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Working knowledge of POS system
High School diploma or GED required- some college preferred.
