Accounting Manager Needed for Leading Family-Owned Manufacturing Company

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager to join our client's team and contribute to the continued success and growth of the company. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in manufacturing accounting, along with a strong background in corporate accounting, cost analysis, and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of corporate accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Conduct thorough cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement
Manage inventory processes and ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and procedures
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accounting standards
Lead and mentor accounting staff to foster professional growth and development
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with a focus on manufacturing accounting
Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory management techniques
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity
