This opportunity is for a results-driven, passionate Servicing Advisor in the Northshore suburbs of Chicago who values collaboration, initiative, and maintaining robust relationships in a niche group of professionals.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive financial planning advice to HNW and UHNW clients, ensuring alignment with their unique goals and objectives.
Maintain and expand existing client relationships through attentive service and proactive support.
Conduct thorough portfolio and financial planning reviews, offering insightful recommendations to optimize client investments.
Assist lead advisors in managing client portfolios and addressing client inquiries and requests.
Cultivate enduring client relationships based on trust, transparency, and personalized service.
Lead the onboarding process for new client relationships as needed.
Actively manage client portfolios in adherence to firm policies and industry regulations.
Engage in firm-wide initiatives and projects, contributing your expertise to drive strategic growth and innovation.
Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Adhere to regulatory requirements and stay updated on industry best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Preferred certifications include CFP or CPA/PFS
5+ years minimum of relevant financial service experience
Experience with Money Guide Pro, Black Diamon, and Salesforce a plus
FINRA Series 7, 66, and/or 65 licenses
Industry knowledge of different financial planning and investment concepts
Demonstrated organizational prowess, with meticulous attention to detail.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, balancing analytical and relational responsibilities
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, dedicated to supporting the growth of the advisory practice.
