Responsibilities:
Provide supervisory coverage for all department at Idaho Falls Community Hospital.
Has general knowledge of hospital and nursing procedures and policies.
Functions as clinical relationship between departments.
Communicates directly with department nursing managers in their absence as well as with the administrator on call.
Works with physicians and nursing staff with admission assignments, solving nursing issues and addresses patient or family concerns.
Comprehends utilization rules and regulations.
Understands and promotes the mission, vision and values of the organization.

Starting wage of $32.61/hour will increase with qualified experience.
