HR Analytics Specialist will be responsible for compensation planning, headcount, D&I and budget forecasting.
Responsibilities
Help support compensation planning cycles, inclusive of communication, modeling, analysis and administration
Conduct analyses with benchmarking vendors to ensure market competitiveness
Partner with HR business partners and business leaders to provide solutions to compensation issues and/or address any compensation needs
Prepare compensation reports, metrics, and analyses to support compensation decisions as needed
Liaise with the finance and accounting teams on headcount and compensation reporting and budgeting
Enhance HR reporting capabilities by supporting the development of dashboards and other reporting tools
Provide HR business partners with relevant metrics and data-driven insights to support the recruiting process
Partner with other teams in the firm for ongoing requests, reporting and data management
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
2-4 years of compensation reporting/FP&A experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; v-lookups, nested and conditional statements, macros/VBA
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI
