Community Liaison's primary duties include identifying and developing new referral relationships with healthcare professionals including, but not limited to Home Health partners, Hospitals, PCP's, Long Term Care Units, and other service providers to obtain new and on-going patient referrals in need of our services.
Essential Job Duties
1. Adheres to policies and procedures while presenting a professional and positive attitude.
2. Identify market opportunities for lead referral relationships with healthcare professionals.
3. Weekly strategic sales planning, activity, and reporting
4. Responsible for meeting and or exceeding monthly and/or quarterly sales goals set by Regional Director of Community Partnerships, through position marketing & educational community outreach. Including networking, special events, educational "Lunch and Learn" and other presentations.
5. Position Medical Rejuvenation Solutions as the experts in mobile wound care, while educating on our therapeutic and advanced healing approach
6. Ensure that Sales Activities and efforts are updated daily on the company's Outreach Tracker or CRM platform.
7. All other responsibilities and duties established by management.

? Knowledge of Medical terminology
? Knowledge of Medicare and Insurance
Work Environment
? This position is an outside sales position and requires a valid state driver's license.
? Must be able to drive distances further than 50 miles.
? Individuals are frequently required to perform standing. walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed for outreach and/or Expos and Booth Sponsorships.
? Individuals are required to maintain a professional appearance during business hours.
