Environmental Specialties is seeking an experienced BIM Manager with a background in construction design to work with the Project teams to create general arrangement drawings, detail drawings, fabrication drawings, and Revit models.Additionally, this person will be responsible for reviewing BIM (Building Information Modeling) models for accuracy, efficiency, and ease of installation

**Will be a key player on variety of complex and interesting drawing projects, supporting both our Environmental Specialties and Mechanical Specialties lines of business.
Key Duties:
Create highly detailed and accurate drawings of our walk-in chambers and process piping projects.
Create Revit models and coordinate layouts during BIM meetings.
Create a Revit model template and standards.
Lead the implementation of drawing/design standards.
Review Revit models for ease of installation.
Work with vendors to have parts and components fabricated.
Work with the Project team to create general arrangement drawings.
Maintain documentation, files, and drawings.
90-95% of daily work is drafting and designing.
May require work on weekends and after hours.
May require some site visit travel.
May support various department's needs as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Drafting or relevant experience
5+ years of experience with Revit.
3+ years of experience with AutoCAD.
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
Electrical and refrigeration systems.
Duct layout and sizing.
Field experience in piping installation and good piping practices.
Sheet metal design.
Construction design.
Ability to read blueprints.
SolidWorks experience a plus.
Fluent with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, etc.).
Ability to complete work accurately and on time within a fast-paced environment on multiple projects.
