We are working with the Global Controller of a well-known company based in Parsippany, NJ. They are looking for a dynamic Tax Manager to join their team. This company offers a competitive salary w/ benefits including a hybrid work schedule!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare the income tax provision and related journal entries including analyzing tax reserves, calculating effective tax rate, valuation allowance and compute various tax adjustments.
Drive the corporate tax reporting and filing working with external tax advisors ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations;
Manage annual federal income and state tax returns preparation including K-1s in coordination with the Independent Public Accountants;
Evaluate and optimize tax forecasting activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting Required; CPA or Master in Taxation Highly Preferred
5+ years' of Corporate Tax experience OR within a Public Accounting firm
Partnership experience Preferred
