CAS SENIOR MANAGER Location: Colorado Springs, CO- This position is in office and not remote eligible.
Compensation: $106,600-$130,000 per year

What You'll Be Doing As a CAS Senior Manager at Stockman Kast Ryan + Co., you will plan and direct all activities of the Client Accounting/Advisory Services department. You will be responsible for accounting operations and systems, analysis and reporting preparation, and leading accounting professionals and staff.
Essential Duties
Build training platforms and programs for various staff levels.
Plan and execute department growth both internally and externally.
Establish internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.
Oversee preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
Oversee the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return.
Audits accounts to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed information on the annual external audit.
Presents recommendations to management on short and long-term financial objectives and policies.
Provides financial analysis with emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
