We are looking for a Project Coordinator with interactive sales field experience. The Project Coordinator is part of BVM's Operations Team and will work closely with our sales leaders and other departments. They will have the opportunity to oversee and manage a variety of high impact projects that play a key part of BVM's continuing growth and development. Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the effective execution of all internal organizational planning, directing, and coordinating activities of assigned projects to ensure that project goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters
As a key member of the Operations Team, the Project Coordinator will collaborate closely with our C-Suite, high level sales leaders and other departments, steering high-impact projects that are integral to BVM's continuous growth and development
Foster strong, cross-departmental relationships
Effectively communicate project requirements, expectations, and progress updates
Identify and address potential project roadblocks and proactively implement solutions to ensure smooth project execution
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to contribute to the development of project strategies
Skills and Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of project management experience
Understanding of sales processes and project management methodologies
Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong leadership and collaboration skills
Critical and creative thinking thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficient with Google & Microsoft Business Suites and Monday.com (or similar project management software)
Bachelor's degree preferred
