Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-notch service to Personal Lines clients and prospects, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Submission Management: Regularly follow up with underwriters to track submission statuses, ensuring timely processing and resolution.
Proposal Preparation: Skillfully assemble proposals tailored to client needs and specifications.
Renewal Management: Efficiently track and complete all renewals, ensuring a seamless process for clients.
Client Servicing: Handle all client service tasks including endorsements, auto ID cards, insurance summaries, policy processing, and general follow-up.
Retention and Cross-Selling: Take charge of renewal retention strategies and seize opportunities for cross-selling additional products or services.
Automation Management: Maintain our automation system within a paperless environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in documentation.
Qualifications
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
Technology Proficiency: Comfortable working in a paperless environment and adept at utilizing automation systems.
