Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Define standards and best practices for controls technology in assembly
• Evaluate concepts and drive necessary changes according to company standards
• Plan and implement measures in collaboration with internal customers and external suppliers
• Determine optimal solutions considering cost, quality, ergonomics, technical innovation, and the environment
• Provide cost estimation and technical specifications
• Coordinate the bidding process and evaluate offers
• Plan and execute high-complexity projects

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial
• Engineering preferred) or the equivalent of 4 years of engineering
• experience in the automotive industry.
• 5+ years of experience in an engineering environment (automotive process
• or automotive manufacturing).
• 3+ years of experience of managing projects including experience with
• structural modification measures in several equipment and/or controls
• planning projects.
• 3+ years experience in assembly, controls and equipment (PLC Alan
• Bradley & Siemens S7; E-Plan).
• 3+ years problem investigation & data analysis experience.
