Lead and direct accounting staff, oversee accounts payable/receivable and invoicing. Establish and maintain accounting systems, procedures, and policies. Ensure financial statement accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Manage finance/accounting tasks including closing processes, financial statement preparation, and journal entry review. Analyze costs, manage cash flow, and coordinate external audits. Develop and implement process improvements.
Motivate, coach, and develop direct reports. Ensure financial records' accuracy and adherence to company policies. Participate in commission review processes and manage expense reimbursement.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent, CPA preferred. 10+ years of senior accounting/financial management experience. Advanced knowledge of cost accounting and GAAP. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
