Job Description:
We have a large Mechanical Company in the Houston area looking to add a Senior Estimator to the team
Responsibilities
- Manage bid recaps and attend reviews
- Manage scope changes and breakouts
- Communicate with internal team and customers to ensure project scope, reports, values and timelines are on track
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Mechanical Estimating
- Knowledge of piping, plumbing, and Sheetmetal systems
- Proficient with the following (Bluebeam, and ESTMEP)
