GENERAL PURPOSE FOR THE POSITION
This position is responsible for program-level leadership and growth of operations as it relates to all civil engineering and site development related initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This is not an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities. The Company reserves the right to amend and change responsibilities to meet business and organizational needs as necessary.
1. Oversees Civil Project Managers at regional office locations, business development, client management, project management, and proposal preparation.
2. Analyzes the project scope, the client's RFP, and firm's responsibility with the Project Client and proposals with the Project Architect.
3. Organizes work procedures set forth to be implemented and accomplished for project.
4. Establishes documentation and administrative organization for project teams.
6. Performs supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION REQUIRED
? General educational background without high school completion
? Equivalent to four years in high school
? Equivalent to four years in high school, plus specialized training equal to two years of college

? Graduate degree (M.B.A., M.S., M.A., etc.)
? Professional degree (J.D., Ph.D., etc.)
