IDEAL EXPERIENCE PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in the healthcare or pharmacy services industry is a plus.
Proven expertise in analytics, market research, and statistical modeling techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to market trends, sales performance, and customer engagement. Develop regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
Market Research: Support market research activities to identify new business opportunities, competitive threats, and industry trends. Summarize findings and recommend actions.
Performance Monitoring: Track and monitor the effectiveness of commercial strategies and initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Collaboration: Work closely with the commercial team and other departments to support data-driven decision-making and strategy development.
Analytical Support: Offer analytical support for various projects, including customer segmentation, market analysis, and ROI evaluations of marketing and sales campaigns.
Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes. Embrace and promote a culture of innovation within the team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
