Due to growth, we are seeking an Audit Supervisor to join our office in Providence, RI or Boston, MA, on a flexible hybrid basis. Fully remote arrangements are available for the right candidate.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform diversified accounting and auditing, with a focus on non-profit clients in the industries mentioned above
Demonstrate competency in technical skills, work quality, and application of professional and firm standards
Participate in planning and scheduling client engagements
Direct, evaluate, and mentor junior staff
Prepare and review working papers, financial statements and reports
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and our team
Embody an excellent client service mindset in representing the Firm
Job Qualifications:
BS in Accounting // Master's degree preferred
CPA or CPA track preferred
3+ years of experience in auditing as well as those requiring audits under the Uniform Guidance
Polished analytical and research skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Demonstrated supervisory ability, strong operational and project management skills
High proficiency in use of computers and applicable software programs
