Job Overview The Radiology Technologist performs high-quality and accurate diagnostic X-rays in accordance with established procedures. Our client is opening up a BRAND NEW Orthopedic Institute in Chaska, MN, and looking for two Radiology Technologists to join their team! This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a 100% onsite work schedule.
Company Our client is an independent, nonprofit, regional health care system serving the southwest metro region of the Twin Cities. Its network includes four hospital campuses-a multitude of primary and specialty care clinics, emergency services and specialty programs, a nursing home, independent living apartments, home health and home medical equipment services, and more.
Compensation: $30-$44 hourly wage (based on experience)
Shift: Predominantly day shifts M-F (9 to 5:30 or 9:30 to 6) and rotate through every 3rd weekend.

Job Functions Interacts with patients, providers and staff in a professional and courteous manner to ensure safety for our patients. Produces high quality and accurate diagnostic x-rays. Assists with maintenance of equipment to ensure patient safety and proper working order. Reviews cases with Radiologist to ensure accuracy of clinical data obtained. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education/Work Experience Graduate of an AMA accredited school of Radiology Registered by the ARRT Meet basic requirements for the ACR accreditation CPR Certified
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Knowledge of anatomy and pathology seen on x-ray scans. Ability to serve patients in a friendly and efficient manner. Strong computer skills and basic Microsoft Office applications. Ability to respond appropriately to unpredictable situations and diverse patient populations. Ability to work autonomously and as a team. Capable of making independent decisions with the use of good critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability and knowledge to complete job functions at all locations. Ability to communicate in the English language for effective written and verbal correspondence in order to complete job functions as mentioned above.
