Job Description: Mechanical Source Inspector

Experience with the following disciplines:

• Commodity - Machined Parts
• Purchase Order Quality Flow Down Requirements and Special Instructions
• QAP Drawings - Quality Assurance Provisions
• AIE Documentation - Acceptance Inspection Equipment
• Various Sampling Plans
• Receiving, In-Process, Final Inspections/Inspection Reports/Travelers
• [IMTE] Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment/Custom Inspection Gauges
• Hands - On dimensional inspections for verifying compliance of complex machined, formed, stamped, cast, and forged parts.
• Experience with CMM Reports
• Complex Engineering Drawings/Parts Lists/GD&T and associated documents
• All types of Certifications [C of C, Material, Finish, etc...]
• Customer Training
• First Article Inspections in accordance with AS9102 or equivalent

• Start Date: Immediately
• Duration: 1 Year Plus
• Shift: First; Min 4 Hours/Visit
• 1 - 2 Visits/Week
• Travel Time/Mileage Compensation
• Local candidates only; US Citizenship; W2 contract
