As they continue to grow, and the Managing Partner looks to retire in the next few years, they are looking for a Tax Manager to come on at the Junior Partner level and accelerate their career to join their Partner team.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple tax engagements to deliver quality tax services to clients.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and advice.
Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in tax legislation to provide proactive advice and solutions.
Contribute to the firm's growth by identifying business development opportunities and participating in networking events.
Work closely with the Partner group to implement strategic initiatives and drive firm success.
Requirements:
CPA certification is required.
A minimum of 5 years of tax experience in a public accounting firm, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Strong technical skills in tax planning, compliance, and advisory services.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
A strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.
Familiarity with audit procedures
