Skincare/cosmeceutical company is seeking a Performance / Growth Marketing Manager to join their team fulltime. This role requires 2-3 days on-site in Long Beach (Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays).
MUST HAVES:
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of demonstrated success
Experience with paid media (Google, Meta and TikTok)
Experience with Amazon Advertising
Comfortable presenting to senior leadership
Background in beauty, cosmeceuticals or CPG
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Manage the SEO Program and day to day advertising operations including constant evaluation and optimization of marketing spend and channel allocation
Lead execution of all paid media with a focus on Google, Meta, TikTok and Amazon
Own Amazon channel strategy against marketing calendar and monitor topline performance
Oversee and provide guidance to external agencies and partners
Analyze data to derive insights and drive impactful marketing and business decisions.
Translate performance marketing data into new ideas, consumer insights, and innovation possibilities
Report on channel strategy performance against KPIs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
and channel optimization.
