This role is in office to Villanova, PA, and pays $75k - $90k depending on experience + bonus.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing and reconciling financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Managing and monitoring the property's budget and expenditures, encompassing rent, utilities, and maintenance costs.
Performing financial analyses to detect trends and pinpoint opportunities for reducing expenses.
Preparing and submitting tax returns specific to the property.
Maintaining comprehensive financial records and documentation, including contracts, leases, and insurance policies.
Collaborating with property management to devise and execute financial strategies.
Offering assistance to external auditors and tax preparers when necessary.
Qualifications:
2- 5 years of Real Estate experience
CPA preferred, not required
Bilingual - Fluent in Spanish
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to prioritize competing deadlines
