Role Description
This is a full-time Customer Success Specialist role with a hybrid work arrangement located in San Diego, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that clients have a positive experience with our platform, dealing with client inquiries, and providing solutions to client problems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Experience in the finance or accounting industry is a plus
