Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 + Bonus

We are a dynamic energy focused consulting firm that needs a Senior Tax Consultant to join our growing Tax Advisory team in Houston. If you are CPA Eligible with 2+ years of public accounting/tax experience, then this is a perfect fit for you!
In this role, you will:
Prepare Federal and State Income and Franchise Tax Returns for Corporations and Partnerships
Research, analyze and present conclusions in all areas of Federal and State Income Tax, including M&As, restructurings, capital market events, transactional tax services and public entity reporting
Prepare quarterly and annual Income Tax provisions under ASC 740
Perform various assignments and calculations at the direction of Tax Managers
Must Have Skills:
CPA Eligible
2+ years of Public Accounting/Tax Experience
Federal Corporate & Partnership Compliance Experience
Tax Provision Experience
Experience with Federal & State Tax Preparation and Returns
