Job Description:
The Director of Radiology will lead the entire department, providing visionary guidance for staffing, strategic planning, budgeting, patient care, and technology within Centra Health. Responsible for overall management and direction of imaging modalities within the radiology discipline. Directs and implements management strategies for the provision of equipment, service line expansion, integrated care opportunities and team development with the guidance of the Senior Director of Imaging. Duties may include single or multi-site responsibilities.
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in applied sciences or Masters in Health or Business (Master's degree required within 5 years' time frame: MHA or MBA)
Minimum 3 years' experience in radiology leadership role
Registered by the America Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT)
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration
Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA)
