Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Customer Success Specialist at our Redwood City, CA location. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our merchants. Your day-to-day tasks will include providing customer support, resolving issues and inquiries, analyzing data and metrics, and communicating with merchants to help them optimize their businesses on our platform. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with our merchants and contribute to their long-term success.
Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
Analytical Skills for data analysis and metrics tracking
Excellent Communication skills for interacting with merchants
Experience in e-commerce or related industry is a plus
Ability to work on-site in Redwood City, CA
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Experience with CRM software is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
