The Conservation Operations Coordinator provides essential program support to the Real Estate (Land Protection) and Stewardship teams to ensure that the Oregon Business Unit (ORBU) completes transactions and maintains its land asset interests with compliance and accuracy. The Conservation Operations Coordinator also manages the fleet vehicle program (~40 vehicles) for ORBU. This position is based in Portland, Oregon and is hybrid; the Conservation Operations Coordinator will need to work from The Nature Conservancy office in SE Portland two or three days each week. This position may include 5% travel, paid overtime, and occasional evening and weekend work to support team events and/or handle emergencies.

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $ 28.75- $30.54 hourly for annual base salary. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges.
